Bluepoint Leadership Development is a global organization of training and consulting individuals and companies in over 70 countries worldwide. ArtDreams set out to design materials for Bluepoint’s energetic workshops that ranged from sleek to classy to innovative and fresh.

The identity of the workbooks were created to communicate permanence, flexibility and consistency. Within each workshop program Naomi introduced a new combination of colors which were synonymous with each corresponding theme. As an organization, Bluepoint Leadership Development prides itself in crafting and executing exceptional developmental experiences that transform how companies approach and practice leadership.

As a published artists, ArtDreams used their extensive knowledge to define a visual feast that demonstrates that going back to the classroom even for the corporate leader is always a great idea. The result was a workbook that excites with visual imagery, illustrations and colour, while allowing the reader to have an interactive part of the exercises.

ArtDreams new identity for each of Bluepoint’s Programs introduced new supporting materials in the form of custom power points. These illustrated-image rich tools were custom designed not only in the branding of the program but also for Bluepoints global clients such as, New York Life, Starbucks,Teekay International, Celgene, Intel and many more.

The diversity of the markets in which Bluepoint Leadership Development operates means that each client is different. The key to ArtDreams work was to create an identity with global appeal and recognition.
